Bird on a Billabong

Billabong Ibis Log
An ibis sits calmly on a fallen tree in one of the many billabongs (oxbow lakes) of the River Yarra. These wetlands are located east of Melbourne in the suburbs of Eaglemont and Ivanhoe. Oils on stretched canvas. 122cm X 61cm.
