Coonawarra Sunset at Penola
The Coonawarra area of south eastern South Australia is renowned for its wineries. As part of the Limestone Coast, it boasts the Naracoorte Caves and the regional city of Mount Gambier with its Blue and Green Lakes and several sink holes in the middle of town. Penola is a pretty town just north of Mount Gambier and was once served by a railway, now a bike trail. This sunset view is to the west of the town looking towards the old railway station.
