My Story as an Artist

• My work begins with travel – walking, cycling, driving and sailing through landscapes, capturing fleeting light, and documenting moments that are easy to miss.
• Back in my studio, those moments become a starting point rather than a blueprint as they are transformed into artworks using oil, watercolours and ink.
• Each piece is developed from firsthand experience – moments observed, documented, and later reworked in my studio
• The goal is not just to recreate a scene – it’s to hold onto the feeling of being there, again and again.
