Full Moon over Venice
Early evening on the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. A full moon rises above a bank of clouds, which the setting sun lights in blazing yellow, orange and crimson colours. While navigation lights on mooring poles are twinkling in the twilight, the standard lamps in the foreground have yet to light up. In the mid-ground, a ferry delivers its commuters to their local wharf, while a small runabout makes it way home in mid stream.
