Kuhhirtenturm – literally the “Cowherd’s Tower” looking down on the town of Oberwesel on the Rhine River in Germany. I was intrigued to note that it sits on a long, high wall behind the town. Access to the tower is via a drawbridge connecting the rear entrance to a ramp. Freehand ink sketch on 300gsm Arches paper by Dai Wynn. 29.7cm high by 21cm wide. A4 standard size.
