An autumnal view of Cecil Peak and Lake Wakatipu from the Queenstown to Frankton walking track. Behind Cecil Peak, one can just make out Water Peak. Queenstown in the Otago region of New Zealand’s South Island is the adrenaline capital of the nation. It offers snow sports, water sports, hiking, bungee jumping and a whole lot more. But I love it for its purely stunning scenery.
