Description

Watercolours over freehand ink sketch of Jacob Tower with its huge bell (La Grosse Cloche) in Bordeaux, France. The ornate clock and coats of arms are admittedly painted somewhat larger than in reality, but deserve to be given more prominence in the final composition. Drawn and painted by Dai Wynn on 300 gsm Arches paper after a visit to south western France. 42 cm high by 29.7cm wide. A3 standard size.
