Description
Dai Wynn painted this scene after a visit to the tiny village of Beynac et Cazenac, Nouvelle Aquitaine, France. The eclectic architecture of honey-coloured stone walls, multi-hued roof tiles, and dark retaining walls caught his eye. The château towers over this historic village on the bank of the Dordogne River. Oils on linen on board. 40.6cm high by 30.5cm wide by 0.5cm deep.
