Toulouse is where many of Dai's workmates live after the space agency relocated from Vélizy-Villacoublay in the west of Paris.  One member of the Laboratoire Hyperfréquence (HY) lived walking distance from the canal which provides a route between the Garonne River at Bordeaux and the Mediterranean Sea.  Dai painted this view of a very rainy Autumn afternoon.
